Online Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Atmosphere.ca. You may return the item within 60 days of the order date to the Atmosphere warehouse or to an Atmosphere retail store for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
- The packing slip that comes with your order is required as proof of purchase. You must bring this with you to process your return.
- The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
- Items that are *Available Online Only cannot be returned to Atmosphere retail store locations.
- Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories must be returned to a Atmosphere retail store location and credit will be issued at the discretion of store management in the form of a Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit.
Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item. For returns to our warehouse, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 60 days, please contact our Online Customer Service Department at 1-855-496-ATMO (2866).
Atmosphere.ca is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
