Where Can I purchase Atmosphere gift cards online?

Where can I use the physical Atmosphere Gift Cards? How do I redeem them?

Gift Cards purchased in store will now be valid both in-store and online at Atmosphere.ca.

Gift Cards will be treated the same way in store.

Online, Cards can be redeemed during the payment stage of checkout. The Gift Card number and Pin number (located on the back of the card) can be used to redeem the amount on the card as payment.

If your gift card does not have a pin number but you wish to redeem it online, please visit us in store to exchange your card.  You cannot redeem your card online without a PIN number

Where can I use the Atmosphere.ca eGift Cards? How do I redeem them?

Gift Cards purchased online will now be valid both in-store and online at Atmosphere.ca.

When you are ready to make a purchase at a Retail Atmosphere store, you can present a printed copy of your eGift Card to the cashier or display your eGift Card on your Smart Phone to the cashier.

Online, eCards can be redeemed during the payment stage of checkout. The Gift Card number and Pin number (located in your eGift Card email) can be used to redeem the amount on the card as payment.

Maximum of 2 eCards/Gift Cards can be redeemed online in one transaction.

What happens when I return something I paid for with an eGift Card?

If an eGift Card was used for payment and you return an item to one of our Atmosphere stores, the refund will be in the form of a  Atmosphere Gift Card.

If an eGift Card was used for payment and you return an item to our Warehouse, the refund will be in the form of a Atmosphere eGift Card. This eCard acts exactly like a Gift CCard and can be redeemed online and in-store the same way.

Note: Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories must be returned to a Atmosphere retail store location and credit will be issued at the discretion of store management in the form of a Atmosphere  Retail Store Merchandise Card.

What if my gift card or eGift Card does not have enough money on it for my purchase?

If the amount of your Gift Card or eGift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with another form of payment. Online, this would mean a credit card, PayPal, or another Gift Card. In-store, this could be cash, debit, or credit card.

What if gift card or eGift had money left on it after my purchase?

If the amount of your Gift Card or eGift Card is MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card or eGift card for future use.

Can my Gift Card or eGift expire?

Nope

Is there anything else I should know about Gift Cards?

Maximum of 2 eCards/Gift Cards can be redeemed online in one transaction.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.

When using phyiscal gift card, please keep gift card until order is shipped. Gift card used in original transaction will be credited back, if order cannot be fulfilled.
