RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY
Provincial update: We are accepting returns & exchanges at all our locations that are open, including locations in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC, Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick, with additional safety precautions in place. At locations that remain temporarily closed at this time, we are only able to accept returns for online purchases by mail at this time. As we are maintaining physical distancing at all facilities, processing times may be slower than usual and could take up to 4-5 weeks to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Return policy extension: We will be offering a 45-day extension to complete your return in-store once our store locations re-open.
Our Retail Store Return Policy applies only to purchases made at a Atmosphere retail stores (Excluding Quebec.For Quebec click here). If you have made a purchase at one of our retail stores and wish to return an item, please return the item to any of our retail store locations. Please see below for full details.

RETURN WITH A RECEIPT
An original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 60 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name; telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions.
RETURN WITH A GIFT RECEIPT
Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to an Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit. The gift receipt will help us determine the price your gift giver paid. A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only, and is not considered an original receipt. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT
If you wish to make a return and have lost your receipt, merchandise will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 60 days preceding the return; and the refund will be applied to an Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit. If the amount of the return is less than $5.00, cash will be refunded. Items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging. You will be required to provide government issued picture ID and provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
MULTIPLE ITEM DISCOUNT RETURNS & "FREE ITEM" WITH PURCHASE RETURNS
When a regular priced item purchased during a "Buy One, Get One" event is returned, the discount on the second item is forfeited. The second item may be repurchased at the current selling price or both items can be returned for a full refund. Items purchased as part of a promotion offering a free item can be refunded with the return of all items. Individual items can be exchanged.
Should your purchase develop a manufacturer's defect within a reasonable amount of time, please return it to the store. An original receipt is required for a refund. Without a receipt, product will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 60 days preceding the return; and the refund will be applied to an Atmosphere Retail Store Merchandise Credit. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
At Atmosphere we constantly strive to offer competitive prices in the market. Prior to purchase, if you find an item available for sale at a lower advertised price by our competitors; or within 30 days of your purchase, if you find your item advertised at a lower price by our competitors (or at our store) we will gladly match that price.
Conditions*: Present your original receipt along with proof that the item is being advertised at a lower price. The price must be verifiable by our employees, must be in Canadian currency, and must be sold by an authorized retailer located in Canada (internet offers do not apply). The advertised item must be the same brand and model, and be available for immediate purchase. This policy does NOT apply to demo products, third party offers (i.e. ski passes), advertising errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, free or combined offers (i.e. gift with purchase), limited time offers (i.e. grand opening sales), close-outs, or liquidation items. Your credit will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
The conditions of our Price Match Policy may be modified without notice.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. After making a purchase, if you have a balance left on your gift card - unless it is $5.00 or less - we will leave the balance on your gift card. Multiple gift card balances can be consolidated to one gift card.
Sport-Chek International 2000 Ltd. reserves the right to change this policy with or without notice to its customers and will not be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered as a result of such changes.
