Product Availabilty & Store Inventory

PLEASE NOTE: MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to arrive at its final shipping destination. You will not be charged for any item purchased until it has been shipped from a fulfillment centre.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order fulfillment process as soon as your online purchase has been completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS FROM DIFFERENT FULFILLMENT CENTRES.

  • Browse our product catalogue by clicking the links found on each page
  • Utilize the filter bar at the bottom of the screen, to narrow down your criteria
If you would like more information about an item you see on Atmosphere.ca, simply click on the item to go to the Product Details page.The Product Details page will provide you with detailed information to help you learn more about the product.

Check out all the features available on a Product Details page:
Item Number is a great reference when you want to locate a product again by using the Search feature
  • Images offer you a visual of the product. For many items, we provide the ability to see a larger view of the product by clicking "Enhanced View" or "Zoom," as well as multiple angles
  • Available Sizes for a particular product are listed in the size drop-down menu
  • Available Colours for a particular product are displayed as swatches and are also listed in the colour drop-down menu
  • Features & Specifications provide detailed product-specific information
  • Find In Store feature to see inventory levels at an Atmosphere location nearest you
  • Product Reviews offer ratings, opinions and information and you can also add your own product review
  • Buying Guides can be used to help you make informed purchasing decisions
  • Product Videos, offering more information and in-use view of the product
     

To help enhance your shopping experience, we offer a Find in Store feature on Atmosphere.ca: 
  • Choose an item, colour and size if applicable, and select the Find In Store button
  • Enter your Postal Code or City & Province
  • A list of stores closest to your location will appear indicating the products availability
  • In Stock means we currently have this item available for purchase at that store at the time of your search
  • Low Stock means we currently have a limited quantity of this item available for purchase at that store at the time of your search.
  • Out of Stock means this item is currently unavailable for purchase at that store at the time of your search.
While we endeavor to provide accurate inventory counts for our stores, please note that due to continually changing inventory levels, we cannot guarantee the availability of an item in store. We suggest contacting the store to confirm availability. To access a complete list of all Atmosphere stores, find the store through the Store Locator page.

Within the Store Locator each store is given their own page to indicate their address, store hours, specialty shops available, all in-store services, and any special events specific to each store. You are also able to look up directions to the store, as well as print or share the map.
 

Product Review Guidelines

Atmosphere.ca is a public site; therefore, we ask that you follow some basic rules. We moderate all reviews before posting them and reserve the right to deny any review at our absolute discretion.

Here are some examples of the things that can cause a review to be denied:

  • Offensive, abusive or prejudicial language
  • Reviews that are not relevant to the product being reviewed
  • Reviews that attempt to solicit responses from others (creating a forum)
  • Reviews that contain content about competitors
  • Reviews that contain pricing references

If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit any content, although we will mark through any references to the following:

  • Website addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Personal or business addresses
  • Email addresses
  • Full names (first name/last name)

To Write A Review on Atmosphere.ca:

  • Navigate to the product you wish to review
  • Scroll to the Write A Review section
  • Fill in all required fields, as well as your product review and hit "Submit"
  • Reviews will appear within 24-48 hours of submitting
