Terrible battery - will not hold charge

Disapppointed Surrey, BC August 20, 2017
This is the third Charge HR tracker that Fitbit has had to replace under their warranty. The battery is supposed to last up to 5 days but I have to recharge after 1 to 2 days. Fitbit honoured the warranty and replaced the tracker with one identical to the first faulty Charge HR, but once you replace it, you cannot get your money back. the only option you have is to replace it with the same model or upgrade to a different tracker. After the third time, I am losing faith that I will get one that works. They don't make this model any more, which makes sense to me now. I did not want to pay the hefty price for a current model, but I guess you get what you pay for. Bottom line is, I would not recommend the Charge HR tracker. It's an attractive price, but it doesn't do what its supposed to.

none

Broke after one year

Dawna Ontario June 28, 2017
Love the product however when attempting to insert the charger into the device, the back of it fell off (inside of device closest to skin). Now I cannot seem to get back into position so that I can charge it. Also when the back fell off the little side button required for starting & stopping a workout, fell out too. I would like to try to glue it however am worried that I will effect the electronics of it.

Comfortable wrist strap

Crazy kayaker Quesnel, British Columbia July 06, 2016
Received my fit bit almost 2 weeks ago now, and quite enjoying it. Have to charge it about every 2-3 days, depending on how often I sync it with my fit bit ap. Can't be submerged when in/near water.
Pros:
Comfortable, Easily linked to the ap on phone, Rechargeable, Heart rate monitor
Cons:
Only water resistant not waterproof, Charge every 2-3 days
