  1. Does ATMOSPHERE® sell online?

    No. We do not sell through on-line transactions.


  2. How can I find a retail store front and store hours?

    You can find a complete store listing and opening hours by region, through our Stores section on our website.


  3. Where can I purchase gift cards?

    Gift cards can be purchased at any of our retail locations. Please visit the Store closest to you for more information.


  4. What are your exchange/return policies?

    ATMOSPHERE® policies are as follows:

    It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash register receipt, to exchange or reimburse all new merchandise, in its original packaging, within 15 days of the purchase, in any ATMOSPHERE® store. It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original cash receipt, to repair or exchange all defective merchandise, at the store where the purchase was made, within 90 days of the purchase. By measure of hygiene, there is no exchange or refund on swimsuits and underwear.


  5. How can I apply for employment opportunities at ATMOSPHERE®?

    You can find current career opportunities by looking at the Career tab on our website.


  6. Which services are offered by your Pro shop?

    We invite you to contact the Store closest to you, as the services offered may vary from one store to another. They can include the inspection and maintenance of skis, snowshoes, bikes, etc.
